Orders are usually processed the same or by the latest the following busines day after competing the order.
Products that are in stock are usually shipped the next day, normal delivery time in Finland is 1-4 busines days depending
on shipping method. Shipping times outside Finland are usually longer.
Products not in stock have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks, depending on the suppliers stock. For some brands the
estimated delivery time is 4-6 weeks, these are mainly Japanese suppliers.
Echange and returns are accepted within 14 days. The returned product must be in new condition and not opened nor used.
